OPR Provider Listing (Ordering/Prescribing/Referring)
The Affordable Care Act (ACA) mandates that providers who order, prescribe, or refer clients for services and/or supplies must be enrolled in CMAP in order for the rendering provider to receive payment for the medications, supplies, or services provided. This list represents providers who do not render services but are enrolled in Connecticut Medical Assistance Program (CMAP) for the purpose of ordering, prescribing, or referring patients.
